Both of the other colleges are good but there is nothing better than IIT. So IIT delhi is the best option. However if you are not interested about textile engineering, you may think about other options.

DAIICT is a good college and it can be surely compared with NIT's.
Yet it can not be compared to IIT's, BITS, DTU as well since it's level is not upto that level.

See, YES, there is a provision to change the BRANCH at the end of first year but for that you need to have a minimum CGPA of 9 atleast to do the same. if you are ready to face this issue, then you may go definitely go
YES, you can change your branch of study of ENGINEERING at the end of first year IN SVNIT if you have a really good CGPA.
Just note that GOOD CGPA means above 9 atleast.
If you are ready for this adventure, then go for SVNIT.

supposedly The coding culture is of DAIICT is fantastic and placements are decent as well.The only thing is that The institute is focused on 2 branches: ICT and ICT with minor in Computational Sciences . It is better than most NITs and the college is still rising
Since you are not qualified in jee mains so i don't think you will get admission in this college with general category but still you can try for it.
