For admission in DAIICT you need to appear for either jee mains or GUJCET and regarding GUJCET marks one will require marks around 105 to 120 and 85 percent in class 12 exams.

Yes you surely have a chance for seat. However it would be better if you mention your home state.

It might be difficult for a government college. But you will definitely get a seat in a private college.

You have done really well in JEE Main 2018. You have good chances of getting DAIICT with this score, of you are a general candidate. The minimum marks expected for DAIICT in 2018 is 170-180.
