From your question I am assuming that you are asking for the diploma in the computer science or information technology. And post diploma you want to do btech in one of the two.
If that is the case then you can go for the diploma if you are
SSC JE eligibility depends upon the post but the minimum requirement is the 10th. For example for the Junior engineer posts you are eligible with the diploma and the 10th.
Age Eligibility: Should be of at least 18 years of age and not more than 32 years.
