Yes, you are eligible to apply for TSLAWCET because it specifies that for three year LLB course you should have  a bachelors degree with atleast three year course and as per your specification you have it so you are eligible if you fulfill all the other requirements of TS

First of all don't be scare and panic with situation ,After 10th there is chances is low for getting Job so must go for 12th or diploma which area you interest ,but after 12th chances of Job is less so my recommended go for Diploma course  there

see diploma in engineering like diploma in computer science engineering, electrical engineering or electronics engineering is based on diploma entrance test, however every state has separate diploma entrance test, but some of the private college takes admission based on 12th or 10th course, however you may follow the below

see there is many diploma courses available in medical biology disciplines, you need to pass 12th exam with science and must have physics chemistry and biology as a subject in 10+2 course. some of the courses I have mentioned below,
