    I am going to clear my diploma engineering in may, 2021. I also HAD cleared 12th std in2019 with PCMB subject but I COULDNT get 65% in aggregate or 45% in pcm (I am from SC category). If I score good marks in diploma and clear JEE advance with good percentile score then can I enter IIT ?

    First of all, if you have passed your 12th Std. examinations in the year 2019 then according to the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced, you will not be able to appear for JEE Advanced 2021.

    Yes, there is diploma in civil engineering. it is a 3 year course and in India there are good colleges  offering the diploma in civil engineering.
