Yes you can surely get admission in any branch of BTech if you completed your diploma in any other branch.
One more thing is that it is advise to pursue your same branch which is in diploma.
But in case you want to change your branch then
if u got selected through ibps then it won't be 1 year pgdbf training.

yes you can do any vocational or course wise diploma courses for skill development, or you may do post graduate diploma in management two years duration courses in certain disciplines, pgdm course is equivalent with mba program and got same value in job recruitment in relevant discipline.
