Since you are a diploma holder,you can attend the JEE main exam only to qualify and appear for JEE Advanced.So your JEE main marks will not considered for admission in NITs,CFITs.So you can either pursue your BE mechatronics engineering in IITs or other private colleges.

Diploma in computer science is not a good option because it is not even equivalent to graduation it's value is of 10+2 level
