As you are saying that you had given polytechnic entrance exam two years ago so let me make you very clear that you can take admission to any college in the same year when you cleared the exam. You cannot take admission to any college on the behalf

Dear Bhumika, your rank is too high you may not get seat in Andhra Pradesh  government colleges for your rank based on previous years cutoffs. But depending upon category and number of applications you have chances of getting admission. Also try to apply for  good private colleges and semi government
