For college transfer, you will have to contact the college authorities of both the colleges. Generally, candidates are required to take no objection certificate from the college where he/she is currently studying.
For other criteria, you should contact the college.

You can apply for admission to B.Tech Programme (lateral entry) in DTU. In DTU, there are seats for Outside Delhi Region candidates also so you can apply.

According to the criteria, a candidate passing the qualifying exam (diploma) from a recognized institution located outside the National Capital Territory
