Hello Hemant,
Yes if someone who has gotten a seat in the first round of counselling of the AYUSH courses but didn't go for admission then you are free to take part in the second round .Same is the case with MBBS/BDS counseling .
Hope I have resolved your query .All the best for your future .
If you are looking college with placements, so don't choose IMS, Ghaziabad because the average packages are 4 - 5.5 lac. and e commerce there are very less companies and the average package is 3.7 lac, if you can't go for Amazon, coz amazon have different openings and when we talk about HR, so leave that, only 1 or max 3 students among the batch of 360 got campus placements in HR, otherwise you have to compromise, with the salary, brand name, carrier etc and the packages for HR are 2.2 - 4.2 lacs. Best of Luck

It's a link where you can check the cut off of different college. But still I should say you need to have 97 percentile in JEE main to secure an admission here and 98-99 percentile in MHCET exam to secure an admission here for a good stream. So best of luck to you.
