So you have to look for the faculty of that particular College from where you want to wish to pursue this course.

For Distance learning program in MBA, ICFAI is more reliable as you get a degree while from NMIMS you will get a diploma.

The answer to that lies in what you actually like, if like complex analysis using statistical models and like programming as well then you choose PGDBA and if management is more to your liking then PGDM. From a ranking perspective let us look at the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF) under our HRD Ministry. Both these institutes  rank very closely.
