There is just one College that offers DM in Gynaecology and Obstetrics in India. And it is Government Medical College, Aurangabad. And Government Medical Colleges do not have Management Quota. In west bengal after doing PG there is strict bond of 3 yrs, if a student during these years clear MCH or DM and want to take study leave , do they allow?

Unfortunately that is not a possibility. Recently a group of Doctors filed a case in the Supreme Court regarding the Bond and lost the case. So you have to complete the course and then complete the bond period as well. In case you do not want to serve the bond
