Yes, you can become a doctor after doing your B.Sc in Science field by clearing the NEET exams. Other than doctor and lecturer there are many jobs, like researcher(scientist), JRF, SRF, Research associate, quality control officers in the government sector.

Dear Candidate,

According to your marks your are getting 67% in PCB group. The eligibility criteria for applying for NEET is you need to have minimum 50% in PBC for general students and 45% in PBC for reserved category. So, its completely fine and yes you can give NEET.

With 222 marks and belonging to obc category you have no chances to get seat in govt medical college. But you might get seat in private medical college in you domicile state through state quota. However 222 marks are too low to fetch govt dental college also. You

They both have same qualification , so I don't think it matters for a long term.
Yeah, if it comes to job offers from corporate hospitals then pay-scale is decided on the basis of interview. And during this, they may consider your background . But it matters only in Engg.
