In a private institute,  the cost of studying mbbs is around 11 lakh per year, which totals to about 44 to 45 lakh for the entire course

Whereas the government medical colleges have fees of around 50 thousand per year which will total to 2 to 3 lakhs

You didn't mention your state of domicile here.
There are little chances for you to get a seat in ACMS with this score.
However, you will definitely get a seat in the medical. Colleges of the state to which you belong considering the 85% state quota.
