Well doing residency and completing medical education from US indeed has a very good impact on future employment. Great jobs and good salary is offered by private hospitals all around the country. You can choose to come back or even stay there, whichever you prefer.

Hi Aspirant,

If you complete certain medical courses like MBBS,BHMS,BAMS then you can be called as a doctor.You become physician after you complete the courses mentioned by you except Phd.After completing Phd you can be called as doctor but not Bsc anisthesia,Msc Anaesthesia.

After PhD you can place the title of Dr. before your name but that doesn't imply that you will be treated as a clinical practitioner. For that you have to pass MBBS/BDS/BHMS etc courses.
