Now Bihar and Jharkhand two different states. So if you are born in Jharkhand but your studying 10th and 12th from Bihar then you can apply for Bihar domicile certificate. But if you only studying there 11th and 12th then you are from Jharkhand domicile dear. I hope you can understand what I want to tell you.
