hi,
since you are belongs to maharastrian domicile your mhtcet score is more valuable to secure a seat in bachelor of pharmacy admission. as for the admission rules for maharastria students, candidates must Obtained Non Zero Score in MHT-CET 2020 (PCB or PCM) to become eligible for counselling.
For students who belongs to state other than maharastra need to produce a non zero score in neet or mhtcet score to become eligible for admission to pharmacy course in maharastra colleges. you may follow the below link to follow the faqs related with pharmacy admission:

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting ASCOMS Sidhra Jammu according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 489 for ASCOMS Sidhra Jammu under state quota for Open Merit.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Good Luck!!
Hello Candidate,
First let me tell you clearly that in order to get the domicile criteria of seats in any state, you need to pass your class 10th and specifically class 12th from that respective state.
As your daughter has done her class 12th Examinations, from Telangana so she is eligible as a domicile student to get the state quota of the reserved seats available for Home State Candidates.
Have a good day.
yes you are eligible for 50 % state quota seat
hello,
if you not belong to maharashtra and you have declared yourself as maharshtrian in your admit card then as soon as you will get to notice your admission procedure likely to cancel. Because if you have declared your domicile as maharahstra then you should have proof otherwise your are not eligible to take admission. But you need to contact the mht cet authorities, may be you will eligible for the general seats(non - domicile). Buts its not guranteed.
hope this will help you
all the best!!
