Hi if you have are a domicile resident of andhra pradesh you have the right to apply for the state quota states there. This includes the PwD seats in Andhra pradesh. PwD seats are filled in government as well as private colleges, so you need not worry about that.

There are different rules for domicile in different states. Some states require the candidate to complete his/her 10th and 12th in the state whereas, some states like Gujarat require the candidate o reside in the state for 10 years consecutively.
