GMERS is a semi government medical college. It does not have seats reserved for All India Quota. It has seats for the government, management and NRI Quota. So if you don't have a domicile of Gujarat then you can go through management quota. But there some colleges only

All states require domicile certificate for state counselling, if you are getting seat without state counselling then there is no issue.

The domicile certificate will be issues according to your parents parmanent address. So you can apply according to your parents address.

If your parents from U.P and you are belongs to reserve category than you can get seats through reservation quota.
