If a general candidate want to get a government medical seat in Rajasthan through state level quota,then he/she must score atleast 570 marks in NEET.So it seems difficult for you to get top government medical college with these score in Rajasthan.But you can try your luck in counselling

if you are from delhi go for the JAC counseling you have lesser chance to find college right there but  last cutoff has varied and that makes me remind you of that.

also if you go for jossa consiling through jee mains you have better chance you can get better
