There are three categories for domicile
Category A - If your father is resident of Rajasthan
Category B - if you have studied in any Institute of Rajasthan for minimum 3 years.

According to last year cutoff for general category students was around 500-510 marks.
This year cutoff seems to increase a little more and it will not go below 500 marks
For management quota, marks will vary accordingly

Diwren, there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats

No i dont think so because BURLA is a well reputed college and the cutt off is very high. But you can definitely get lower branches in BURLA and please appear for the sp[ecial examinations conducted by BPUT for direct entry . You can also apply in CET

Yes of course you can apply for Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) if you don't have domicile certificate because at time of admission they did not force for domicile certificate but they have to keep the certificate in their records so you can submit it after taking admission.
Cutoff for private colleges in MP was around:
500-510 for general category
460-470 for OBC
This year, rank vs marks ratio has varied a lot.
So this year cutoff will increase by 20-30 marks ie. around 500-520
