There are two types of reservation, one for domicile and one for the reserved caste category. And since we are talking in general, obviously the caste certificate would be valid anywhere in Karnataka even without having the domicile for that particular state.

You need your own domicile certificate for uploading. For NEET counselling you need YOUR OWN domicile certificate . This you need for the 85% state quota.
