Hello there,
Hope you are doing well.See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks.
For getting a government veterinary College through All India Counselling with SC category, one atleast needs to score 450 + and have a rank of under 1.5 lakhs as per previous years' cutoffs .
So, it doesn't seem possible for you to get a government veterinary College bit you can try for some private colleges of you wish to .
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category by the link given below :

Admissions to seats in the private medical colleges is done entirely on the basis of state counselling so there is no way you can get a seat in private medical colleges of Karnataka through all India counselling. However if you fulfill the domicile criteria of Karnataka you can appear in the state counselling for the same and get a seat. Neet UG domicile criteria for karnataka can be found on the link mentioned below:

Yes you can surely apply for admission in private colleges in other states even if you don't have the domicile of other states. Without domicile proof or certificate you will be eligible only for all India open seats to all under private institutions to all states but it will be around 15 percent of total seats.

Hello aspirant,
As per the previous year cutoffs, the cutoff for MBBS in School of Medical Sciences and Research, Sharda University, Greater Noida is around AIR 133846 and marks 448. So according to this data you have low chances for getting admission in this institute.
But you can get admission in other private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Some private medical colleges for your consideration are as follows:
For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too:

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
Hope your query is resolved.
Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing great ! It should not be happen with you if you were in the state from class first to 12 ,then domicile certificate should not be of only 6 years ,I think you should ask reason for this to concerned authorities ,consult with your elders and ask to your principal too.
