Well the academics and placement records tells that Chemical Engg at NIT Raipur is much better than the two others and NIT Raipur is ranked 11th in top NITs.
NIT Raipur is a very old clg and also the Chemical Engineers here are good..

For computer science if you're home state is Punjab then you will get admission at 12,000-12,500 but if you belong to other state then it's 9,000-10,000.
