Now you need to check for the rank you got then you need follow the guidelines of university . As you have not specified any university so only advice is keep track on result and as per rank contact to college and take admission.

The last date would be varying in every college university. The laste dake to take admission in IGNOU for bachelors and masters is 15 july 2018. Let me know in which college or university you want to take admission.
