HEY THERE!!
Hello,
With 160 marks in NEET 2025, it is not possible to get a government veterinary seat in Maharashtra. The cut-off for government veterinary colleges usually goes above 500 marks.
You can try for private veterinary colleges, but chances are also low and fees will be high. You may also check options in other states where cut-offs might be lower. If you are targeting a government seat, it is better to prepare again and improve your score.
Hope it helps !

Dear aspirant!
Hope you are doing well ! I don't think so , there is no any problem ,however some issue can be faced by a private candidate like less discipline ,less physical, emotional, social development etc . These some issues can be faced by students but if you are already aware about such things you don't need to worry just look for them seriously . However if you are aiming for iit and AIIMS then definitely private schooling is better than normal one . Everyone can have their own opinion but these were mine .
Hope it helps you!
Thanking you !
Regards
Shivanshu

Hi Amitabh,
B.Tech is usually a 4 years course and it consists of 180 credits. However, if you are unable to do it within 4 years (due to backlogs, taking a break, or any reason whatsoever) you will have extra 3 years to complete all your credits.
In your case, since you dropped out in 2014, already 8 years will have passed by in 2022 and you will be tagged as NFTE (Not Fit for Technical Education). Unfortunately, once you get this tag you can't join in any professional course.
Nevertheless, you can still upskill yourself by pursuing different certification courses which will definitely help you with your jobs.
Hope this was helpful.
