The Eligibility criteria for INIFD interior designing course states that the Candidate must have passed class 12th or an equivalent exam from a recognised board of education. To take admissions in 3- year full time course the Candidate needs to give Apptitude Test conducted by the institute itself.

You can't change it if once it is submitted. there is no way to change it now. You will get your score from the part you have answered and submitted. Next time don't repeat this mistake and keep in mind that if once got finally submitted then you can't
99% it is a No. Because in various exam centres of JEE Mains it is cautioned to save the drawing questions as 'answered' in the systems otherwise the question will not be considered for valuation though you answered it in the booklet.

You have good score but rank is what matters as admission is given on the basis of rank. If you get a rank below 4k then you are eligible to get an admission. You may not get top NIT campus but you will get low rank NITs for sure.
