Yes they can apply ,Domicile Rule Candidates aspiring for admission in Madhya Pradesh must note that 90% of seats in B.E colleges across the state are reserved for Madhya Pradesh domicile/ resident students. On the other hand, only MP domicile students will be considered for Tuition Fee Waiver scheme.

Dear Aspirant,seats alloted through counselling are not fixed or confirmed until you book them. So if you haven't confirmed an alloted seat you can leave it and confirm the one that you desire. You can cancel the allotment if you haven't confirmed the seat and move to the desired one but make sure you confirm the seat that you want.

I assuming you as an general category student, According to the cutoff of first round and previous years cutoff if you are having domicile of Madhya pradesh then it is more possible that you can get seat in SGSITS Indore if not having a domicile of Madhya pradesh then it is difficult if general category other students might get seat.

You can try in spot round counselling if you want to only go in the SGSITS only otherwise you can get other colleges seat or you can use our college predictor of jee main for knowing colleges name you might get

Getting a good college with this rank is really difficult.

LNCT has a good reputation you can go for the college.

But if you want CSE or IT you can apply for 2nd round counselling .But getting better college then LNCT is hard.

Rest all depends on your interest. If CSE is your focus then go for it.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any good college in JOSAA Counselling as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. If you sits for MO DTE Counselling then you have chances to get admission into following colleges :-

• Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior
• Laxmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal
• Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain
