Yes, the seat offered to you in round 1 seat allotment would be cancelled if  any case you are offered a seat in second round seat allotment. All the documents you submitted for verification and fees will now be transferred to the offered seat in second round. So you should be careful while choosing a good college.

No, your seat from first round would not be cancelled if you only appear for second round. Although if you are offered a seat in second round then in that case the seat from first round will be canceled. If that happens then the certificates sent for verification and the fees paid would be transferred to your new institute.

For the documents to be carried, you need dependant certificate issued by the defense authorities, and passport size photograph. You can carry you father /mother discharge book or pension book. It will even be better if the concerned person can go with the you to physically report at the college.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however based on previous year closing score you have chances in below mention colleges,

You should report to the college which is allotted to you in the first round of counselling. The you can register/ apply for the second round in order to get up grades to your college of choice and preference. In this way even if you dont get upgraded, you will still have your 1st seat as backup.

You will be given two ranks, that is a common rank ad a quota rank. While your counselling may be done on the basis of your CRL, your seat allotment will be done on the basis of your quota rank (incase your quota rank secures you a seat which your common rank does not).

At the time of seat allotment your category quota will be considered.
