Hello,

There is a problem dear. Because if you are showing that you are an OBC category candidate then you have an OBC certificate with you must. Without OBC certificate you can't get admission in this category. Infact you are applying for this certificate don't get it on your hand.

Hi Aspirant,

You can write till whenever you have studied in the required holder. If you have studied Hindi core that means at least you have studied Hindi language till 12th which makes sense to fill in the panel. Also you can apply to whatever course you want in Hindi

There is no bar that by getting 76.8% you cannot apply for admission into the Delhi University. You can certainly apply for the it. However, your selection into the college and course will entirely depend upon your marks in best four subjects in class 12.
