Hello Aspirant,
Yes you can get into DU but for admission to Delhi University, in most of the courses your best four percentage will be taken into consideration if the course is accepting admission on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2. So if the percentage mentioned by you is the aggregate percentage of those four subjects in which you have scored maximum marks in comparison to other one or two subjects then on such percentage you have chances to get colleges like :-
Along with above prediction kindly keep a note that above prediction is totally on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change depending upon various factors like :
==>> Number of registered candidates
==>> Candidates from each category
==>> Top score
==>> number of seats available in the particular college.
And some more.
So you should not treat the above prediction as confirmation of your admission and you can also use DU College predictor tool which will tell you what all colleges you can get based upon your best four percentage :-

There's a single system for every college in Delhi University. The deduction in your marks depends on the subject you will choose and the subjects you have studied in your +2. If you're taking up a course, you need to take the percentage of your top 4 scores . That particular course will have subject lists A and B , if all your subjects are from List A , no marks will be deducted . If there's a subject from list B, 1% will be deducted per subject. If the subject you chose is neither in List A or In List B, then 2.5 % will be deducted.

Hello aspirant,
An aspirant can cancel a seat for "n-1" number of times where n stands for the number of cutoff list that will be published by the DU admission authority for the concerned year. Before cancelling the seat to get admission in other DU affiliated college aspirants should kep the following things in their mind:-
1. Aspirants must be sure that they are eligible to get admission in that college (Check once that yor percentage is within the published cut off).
2. Take the print out of cancellation form and the admission form (for the new college) before going to the college to cancel your admission.
3. Never wait for the last day of the deadline to cancel the admission’because there might be a rush and you will not be able to complete the process.
Hope this helps,
