After selecting everything if you want to change the subject then you have to join the college and apply for change application. Because after few days every college give opportunity to the students if they are change their subjects. So if you are change it then you can apply

According to their official website, it’s clearly written last date 31st August 2021. As there are no timings mentioned, it’s difficult to say if the registration would be closed by today 12:00 am or they would be open tomorrow till end of day.
