Cut-off of Delhi University fluctuates every year . And the cut-off really goes high . Courses like B.COM , BA HONOURS ECONOMICS  cut-off always in between  95% - 100% .

There is no such restrictions in terms of applying for regular mode and distance mode simultaneously, and more importantly UGC has allowed candidates to pursue degree courses at the same time provided that one has to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, the application form
