I am regret to tell you that if you belons to general category then your chances for getting admission in Bsc physics is low according to my analysis by watching the last year 2020 DU cutoff as for physics minimum percentage you should have 93+ . But also
To check whether you can get a seat in DU, you need to check out the cut-off list of the past year. Since you have not mentioned as to which category you belong , I am assuming you to be General category student.

Very first thing I would like to make you clear that JEE-Main has no role for admission in B.Sc Hons. Mathematics in DU so your JEE-Main result has nothing to do with this answer.
Now according to your class 12th percentage and considering your EWS and female quota,
Dear candidate, it is very tough to predict the cutoff for different courses of DU colleges this time as there were no board exams this year. Cutoffs may increase by a large margin this time. However, if we see last year's cutoffs, at 89.5% you can get your desired courses
