No, The officials have note released the exact date. The School of Open Learning, University of Delhi will start the DU SOL 2022 admission process by releasing the application form in the month of August, in online mode. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below
Fine arts will be considered as top four subjects in universities like DU, JNU,BHU etc.
Some colleges withhold 2.5% from the percentage obtained using the fine art marks if it is an additional course.

For admission to DU, the administration exclusively requires a caste certificate issued in the same format as that provided by the central government.
So, the obc ncl certificate issued from a state government isn't valid for DU admission.
You have to get the caste certificate issued by central government
