Yes it is necessary by the Delhi University guidelines that you include the marks of accountancy to calculate the best out of 4 results.

Part 1 requires a language Hindi/English.

Part 2 requires Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics, Business studies

with such percentage you may difficulty in getting a seat in delhi university as we all know delhi university cutoff really goes high , however looking at expected cutoff of delhi university you may get ramjas college if belonging to ST category and gargi college too.

First of all, for getting admission in science courses (except mathematics), your science score percentage is taken into consideration. 'Best Four' percentage is not taken into consideration.
