if you are asking for the councelling of undergraduate courses of Delhi Universities, then the counselling for the same will start as soon as DU Releases the cut off. It will most probably happen in the last weeks of september of starting weeks of October.

The DU has not notified the date of releasing the cutoff list for 2020 admission.
Still application forms for admission are open. The last date to apply for admission at du for various courses is 31st august 2020.
After that correction Window will open in the month of september.
