Khushi, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, we have DU 8th merit list for 2019. . And going by that with 81%, you might have a chance in Aditi Mhavidyala, Aryabatta College, Bhagini Nivedita College and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Degree College. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change

As you know every year the cut-off changes An and B.Com cut off goes higher every year than any other. So the is a little hope to get in admission in DU with 81%.

It is expected that for B.Com(Hons ) cut off goes to 96-98% for general category and for ews it a goes to 93-95.80%.

The answer for your question is very simple.
Fill the category in the admission form of DU, to which you actually belong to. It can be general, EWS, SC, ST, OBC etc.
For belonging to EWS you have to fulfill some measures set by the Delhi Government.

no students from commerce background are not eligible to take up any science course as basic eligibility criteria candidate must have studied physics ,chemistry , mathematics/biology in their 10+2 and from being a commerce student you are satisfying same. you may try for courses like B.com (//B.com) , BBA

Once you're admitted in a particular subject you can change your subject only before the last date of admission provided seats are available and you meet the requisite cut off.
Still I would recommend you to kindly contact with the administration regarding the issue they will surely guide you.
The School of Open Learning, Delhi University is yet to release the DU SOL 2020 admissions notification in the month of August. The registration process of DU SOL admission 2020 will also start in August for both UG and PG programmes. There is no age limit to take admission
