is it valid to upload digilocker downloaded marksheet in du admission form?

Yes,it is valid but only while uploading through online platform.Its clearly mentioned in every document.

While going in-person please do carry your original marksheet along with 2-4 copies,so that it may not cause any problem.

As they have given in the reports that the site crashed due the lot of traffic but the actual paper will be in the shifts and thus their will not be any problem in that.
