There is an entrance exam to get admission in college of Delhi University that is DU-JAT.
Application form will be available from 2nd April to 30 April.The admit cards for the exam will be available from May 15th and the exam will be conducted between the 2nd June
You did not mention the course that you would like to pursue.
If it is B.Tech, then it is not possible as the eligibility criteria concerning class 12 is to pass Maths, Physics and Chemistry with 50 % (varies for different colleges).
