If you check out the top colleges, they require atleast more than 90 percent (until you belong to the Sheduled caste category).

Delhi University does not offer any part time courses. But, there are other good univerisites in Delhi that do offer part time courses. LLb is offered through 'evening class' mode through universities like Naional Law UNniversity, Amity University for workinng people.
