Candidates need to apply to colleges with exams like Jee main and Advanced.

Jee Advertising is reserved fkr Admission into top 23 IIT. jee main is reserved for Admission into NIT and IIITs.

Candidates must have secured Minimum of 75% acrooss Class 12th and should have taken PCM as compulsory

admission in deemed universities through neet 2017 is through management quota fees? (the annexure shows only two fees, one management& NRI?

Ok you are asking about fees
If it's private they will ask you to give 20-30 lakh for addmission
Or fees for your mbbs will be more than 1.5 crore

my Jee score is 91with obc-ncl n state quota of odisha and ex-serviceman quota as well, what branch should i get in CET or VSSUT ?

You have scored really well.As you are under obc category and ex-serviceman quota as well then you will definitely get seat in top branches of VSSUT OR CET ...most probably cse and it branch ...and if not ece is confirmed.......so don't worry and be prepared to attend counselling
