my daughter is intrested to pursue her MD/MS in UK . heard that we can do CMT from affiliated college in india and then pursue super speciality in UK. can you please guide if CMT is valid in india or any other country in case she doesnt purcue super speciality.

In India, the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the UK (MRCP-UK) is conducted as a 3 year structured PG programme with Core Medical Training (CMT).

As per the MRCP-UK International Brochure, this 3 year Programme is not at all considered equal to MD or MS.

how it is possible that NITH site is showing 45 eligible candidates for placement from ECE dual degree even I watched in seat matrix that there are only 28 seats in ECE dual branch at NIT Hamirpur.From where the other students came into ECE dual branch.

No you cannot be a doctor by completing your Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology.After completion of BSc biotechnology you can go for MSc biotechnology.If you want to become a doctor you need to complete your PhD after your MSc.
