Hello

According to your rank, chances seem to be less of getting admission in your preferred specialties through NEET PG State Counselling.
You can get admission through management  quota in deemed universities. You can get MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College and Hospitals, Salem, Chettinad

Hello Arya

If you Consider last year cutoffs then the closing rank for Anaesthesiology was around 6200(Closing General rank for MD seats). ut if you consider DNB then it was around 14000.

So you can easily get a DNB Anaesthesiology  with this rank.
