Can't promise you or 100% sure but yes, there is a chance of you to get MD general medicine because if we observe last years AIQ cut off which is 4924 in 2020 and 5052 in 2019 so there is a chance.

Looking at the previous year cutoff for NEET PG, you have decent chances to get a seat in MD Radiology in All India Quota through NEET PG. Since you are a OBC Category student, you have some greater chances to get government colleges through NEET PG.
