No it is not compulsory for AP EAPCET counselling, you can upload your EWS certificate. It is enough for your apply and approval of AP EAPCET. As well as Income Certificate is not mandatory to submit, you can submit it later after joined in any college.

You have to Fill the name as same as in the SSC certificate. If there is mistake in SSC then go and change it first later you can apply. If you don't have time , then you can apply the same name as in SSC, that would be helpful
