You cannot pay the fee offline by going to college. You should pay it through online and self report through online only. Then you will receive a joining report which you have to submit in the allotted college.

Yes it is mandatory to confirm your seat

if you dont go to the college which is alloted with certificate you will loose that seat , go and confirm that seat , then participate for special round , if you get seat in special round you can go

Special round is conducted after the TS EAMCET final Phase is concluded. You will still be eligible to claim fee reimbursement if you are eligible for it. All the vacant seats after the final phase counselling will be considered for special round. Special round will commence from November 20,
