You cannot pay the fee offline by going to college. You should pay it through online and self report through online only. Then you will receive a joining report which you have to submit in the allotted college.

if you dont go to the college which is alloted with certificate you will loose that seat , go and confirm that seat , then participate for special round , if you get seat in special round you can go
