your rank around 2575 and you are from SC category so according to previous year cutoff yes you may get seats in bvsc but the cutoff of Colleges changes every year so please use Colleges predictor tool.

There is no need submit intermediate long memo for EAMCET counselling but have submit short memo for counselling(which is compulsory for EAMCET counselling).
