Im thinking to join east point college in avalhalli to b.com .some people said this college is not good can anyone please suggest me of this

Hello Rakshit

According to me East Point College is just an average college for B. Com. If we talk about infrastructure Medical facilities are available. Sports facilities are also there and all equipment are available. In the library, each type of books can be found. The canteen in the college is good and the food provided by canteen is hygienic and of good quality. Various games activities are done in the college. Where as faculty is not good as expected. Similarly placements are average. Few companies do visit but still its difficult to get a job through college placements.

Placements at East point college of engineering

Average package is around 3.5-5 lakh. The package can be 6.5 lakhs as per the capabilities of the individual. Many companies like Infosys, Incadea etc..visit the campus.

My kcet ranking is 84920. Will I get seat for civil engineering in East point college under general category?

Hi Neha,

As per your KCET rank and category, you have less chances in getting East Point College of Engineering and Technology, Bangalore. The cut off Civil branch is around 32781. I would still recommend some other colleges:VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.

As far as most of the entrance exams are concerned they as minimum 50% eligibility, depending upon which course you are intrested, which entrance you are willing to take you can decide upon.

Dear Naveen,

Yes, AP students can apply for this college.

In order to take admission you have to appear for COMEDK exam.

COMEDK application form is already out. Last date to apply for the application form is 19th April, 2018.

In order to be eligible make sure you should have 45% aggregate marks in PCM and 40% for reserved category.
